Logistics Policy
1. Order Processing & Shipping Time
1. Order Processing Time:
- Under normal circumstances, we will process and ship your order within 1-3 business days after receiving your payment (delayed on weekends and public holidays).
- For pre-order items, the shipping time will be as stated on the product detail page.
2. Shipping Restrictions:
- Some remote areas or special addresses may be unavailable for delivery. Please confirm your address is within the serviceable range before placing an order.
- In case of force majeure (natural disasters, epidemics, logistics control, etc.) causing delivery delays, we will notify you promptly via email or in-site message.
2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Time

- We will select appropriate international logistics or express delivery (such as postal parcels, specialized line logistics, commercial express, etc.) according to your shipping address and product type.
2. Estimated Delivery Time:
- Major countries like the US/Europe/Australia: 7-25 business days
- Other countries/regions: 10-35 business days
- The above time is for reference only; actual delivery time may be affected by customs clearance and local logistics efficiency.
3. Shipping Costs & Taxes
1. Shipping Cost Calculation:
- Shipping costs are calculated automatically based on product weight, volume, destination country and shipping method, and you can view the specific amount at checkout.
- Free shipping promotion: Orders over XX USD are eligible for free shipping (subject to website announcements).
2. Customs Duties & Taxes:
- International shipments may incur import duties, VAT or other taxes in the destination country/region, which are the responsibility of the recipient.
- We will assist in filling out customs clearance documents, but cannot interfere with customs policies. If the package is returned or destroyed due to non-payment of taxes, the loss will be borne by you.
4. Package Tracking
1. After the order is shipped, we will send you a tracking number and query link via email. You can check the package status at any time in "My Orders" on the website or the corresponding logistics official website.
2. If the package is not updated for a long time or shows an exception, please contact customer service for assistance.
5. Lost & Damaged Packages
1. Lost Package:
- If the package is not delivered after 45 days of shipment with no updated logistics information, and it is verified as lost by the carrier, we will provide you with re-delivery or full refund service.
2. Damaged/Missing Items:
- Please inspect the package on the spot upon receipt. If you find damaged, missing or wrong items, please take clear photos of the package, products and shipping label within 24 hours and contact customer service to apply for after-sales support.
- We will re-deliver, refund or provide other solutions according to the situation.
6. Other Notes
1. Please ensure your shipping address, contact number and other information are accurate. Any delivery failure or additional costs caused by incorrect information will be borne by you.
2. We reserve the right to interpret and modify this logistics policy within the scope permitted by law. The modified policy will take effect after being published on the website.
